Akio Suzuki and Hiromi Miyakita will lead a two-day program as part of the MOT Museum Lecture Series (Language: Japanese)

MOT “Otodate” Tour: Akio Suzuki + Hiromi Miyakita — Tour & Performance
This event features a tour-style performance centered on Akio Suzuki’s work “Otodate”, which was acquired by MOT in 2019. In addition to the performance, participants will visit twelve “echo points” located both indoors and outdoors, where they will listen to Suzuki’s commentary and engage in an experience of focused listening.

Attendees will Experience a diverse range of sonic expressions, from performances using self-created sound instruments to conceptual sound works in a special acoustic environment designed by the sound design collective WHITELIGHT.
